Positive: For some reason-- the airport shuttle wasn't running but they made sure we had a cab at the time requested for and it was paid for by the hotel. Negative: I liked absolutely nothing else about this experience. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Positive: I would like to commend the housekeeping staff for their remarkable and quick response when our special needs daughter fell and hit her head in the elevator. They were right on the spot immediately and called 911 for us. I am sorry I didn't get their name Negative: Not being kept up as well as previously and the breakfast area staff was not very friendly. We have used this hotel for many stays in the past and it is not the same as before.

This place was absolutely great.. Nice rooms. Great service. Good hot breakfast and right at the airport with shuttle to take you. They have hours for shuttle but if they aren't shorthanded they will go out of there way to accommodate you to the airport at your convenience me and my bf enjoyed our stay greatly..
