Great night stay. Mostly quiet other than the property being located next to the Tyson Airport runway. They have a great Outdoor pool with plenty of umbrella tables and lawn chairs. Parking is fine unless you have a trailer. Then very limited. Apple-bees is right next to property for dinner and beers. Hotel staff is very friendly and cares.. I recommend this property.

Overall: great customer service and very clean facility Pros: staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel at home after checkin out today but still needing Wi-Fi for a conference call. Breakfast was also great, considering it’s free. Even almond milk! Also appreciate the free bottled water in the lobby. Areas for improvement: -zero soap either mens or womens lobby restroom (this is a safety hazard and unacceptable mod-COVID) -AC temp level in lobby is uncomfortably low -poor quality furniture in public areas; the material is coming off and stuck to my clothing. Time for an upgrade. -Wi-Fi speed is deplorable. It is 2022… step it up.

So convenient being less than 10 minutes from the airport. Got in on a late flight, but we were welcomed and quickly provided our room. Room was clean and comfy. Every single hotel staff we encountered were friendly and greeted us. Breakfast station was clean and staff monitored it attentively. Hotel staff really seemed to care that we had a pleasant stay.

My family stayed here for one night before we made our way to Gatlinburg, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The airport shuttle service was extremely helpful to the flow of our trip, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Not only that, but at the time of our stay they included complimentary coffee, water bottles, and continental breakfast for a very reasonable rate. Thanks for the great experience!! 😄
