When the store is actually clean and stocked, this location is great. I go here because it's the closest one to me... The biggest issuenis most self checkouts are card only. Another issue being you can't get anyone to answer the phone when you call.

I am so happy with the cake that Mike at the Alcoa Walmart helped me design for my 9 year old grandson, who was very specific about how he wanted his cake to look. This year he wanted everyone to know that he is a Gemini. Mike was able to piece together designs from a graduation cake and from the zodiac collections. It turned out perfect!

i went to this walmart yesterday and was immediately greeted by one of the nicest people i have ever met. his name was Sam. he was so friendly, so funny… it is people like that who totally impact my day and make a difference. thank you Sam!

I’m new to this area, but This store really has a lot of issues. The customer service sucks. People that I see that should be department managers are worried about Associating with others. All the registers are going to self check out which is crazy, what’s the point in this please explain… also card only on most the self checking out. I believe the girl name on her tag was Bridget and she was very stand offish when spoke to like I was interrupting her…The elder lady at the front door was super nice and very attentive and speaks to everyone that she could see so that’s why y’all received 2 stars and if she had not them if a negative star was available it would def be that
