After several follow-up emails I have not received a response on missing component of knife sharpener. The purchase was made in December 2021 and sharpener is unusable because of missing sharpening wheel. Meghan said she would email me the tracking number of sharpening wheel but her and others that work in this company have ghosted me.

I ordered a couple things from their online store. I noticed that the charge had been refunded and never received a shipping confirmation. I called and asked about it, and the woman I talked to on the phone was so friendly and accommodating. For some reason my card had been flagged, but she fixed it right away and I got a confirmation the next day. Such an easy phone call to make, and I feel great about the whole experience. I'll be glad to buy my kitchen supplies from here again!
