Purchased a grill. After waiting in line because they had no cashiers on the front. Waited another 25 minutes in front of store for help loading it because I injured myself trying to help my husband load it. Tried calling to get someone on the phone and nobody even answered the call at all! Terrible customer service. Never again!!!!!!

Found the 12 GA wire I needed. Jim found it on the wire wall. I was able to buy the 10’ I needed in three colors. Didn’t have to buy on 25’ spools. Jim saved me time and money. Thanks.

Bob, this is one of the worst Lowes I have ever seen. People are so rude and unhelpful. They will walk away from you to keep from helping, and I have never been voluntarily offered help. Always have to try to find someone. Most Lowes Seem to be that way with customer service but this one is beyond ridiculous, and this coming from a contractor
