Get ready for illegal practices from this company. My lease was set to move in today, 9/30/22. I signed the lease 10 days ago and have been in contact with the same person the entire last month regarding my move, which was Cynthia. I get a call this morning as I am picking up my Uhaul to be informed that I cannot move in today because the unit is not ready and that I can either receive my deposit back or provide additional documents and move in on October 15. They did not offer a place for me to stay, to help me with storage, or even another unit. They are very comfortable breaking a legally binding contract and will kick you to the dust. Cynthia gave me the runaround, saying it wasn’t her fault when she had been the only person I’ve been in contact with ever. Her excuse was “I’m only the leasing agent” but the last time I checked it’s illegal for a leasing agent to send a lease without making sure the unit will be ready. Sounds to me like she just doesn’t want to do her job and check to make sure the unit was ready and she had all documentation. My internet provider sent me pictures of the unit I was supposed to be hooking up internet to today. These are pictures taken today, 9/30/22. I can’t even imagine the leasing agent knowing a unit like this exists on the property and calling the day of to tell the tenant they can’t move in. Absolutely mind blowing. Potential lawsuit in progress if this is not remedied for me ASAP.

First and foremost these townhomes are BEAUTIFUL! Looks exactly like the pictures and videos which is hard to really come by! Secondly, I was greeted by Cynthia, she was nice and very informative and answered all my questions when showing me the property.
