Beautiful hotel that appears fairly new, and friendly staff. That's the good news. Bad news: Walls not soundproofed--you'll know when someone next door showers; bed platform clanged when getting in or out of bed; desk and wakeup call buttons unanswered for half hour; side door card reader mostly inoperable; late checkout wasn't properly noted--by 2 people--so 2 other people disturbed this guest unnecessarily.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Receptionists had to let us in our room every time due to not being able to get keys to work, carpet was wet and the room had really bad oder. Bathroom are barely big enough to stand in, pool was green, and the list goes on. The only good thing about it was the receptionist were nice and polite.

Staff was okay. Room cleanliness did not meet expectations at all. Having previous hotel experience I would not have placed someone in the room. Blood stain on the bedsheet, huge orange stain on top blanket/duvet, dirty countertops, and a few other nit-picky things.

Everyone was very polite and our room was clean. The only problem was an outside light on the ground pointed at our window. It was a blue light that came on every couple minutes. It was positioned to shine on the building. Our room would light up every time it came on. It was very bright and flashing. We were on the ground floor west side. Room 127. I think the lights were spaced to shine on the whole hotel.
