Great location walkable distance to dining. Only problem the airport shuttle does not run till 7am, we needed to be at airport at 4am. At checkin we were told cabs run at 415 for 10$ and he would arrange this service. At 415 no cab, it was not arranged and we had to call didn't make it to airport till 445 and had to rush. Please don't tell guest you will do something and not do it.

This used to be my go-to hotel. However, this time was a nightmare. First and foremost, they ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY! Well they are...to an extent. They only allow pets in certain rooms. Additionally, you can't leave pets unattended at the hotel. Yep...You're reading that correctly. Your pet must accompany your every move on your vacation. The rooms are not clean. Room service is only available upon request. Nails in the parking lot. So expect a nail in your tire when you're ready to leave in the morning. Oh and if youre a local, apparently you're not welcome at this hotel. I'm not a local but I saw a sign at the front desk that all locals will be turned away. The new owners aren't doing a great job at all. Good luck!

Loved the staff. Everybody was hospitable and welcoming. Clean building even during construction and comfortable room. Reasonable price and close to plenty of restaurants. Will return if ever staying in the area in the future.

Positive: Very friendly staff. Adequate room Negative: Grab and go breakfast. I thought it was advertised as a hot breakfast. The room was minimal in cleanliness. Remote was not clean.
