Positive: Quick and easy check-in process. Hotel breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Great location with traffic light for turns onto the main road. Negative: This hotel has an indoor pool which will be a positive for a lot of travelers. However, the chlorine smell overpowers a lot of the main floor of the hotel. Doors to rooms and stairwells slam.

Allalone

I arrived at the airport shortly after 10:00 pm. I called the hotel to request the shuttle, which I had been told previously ran until 11:00 pm. On the fourth try calling the hotel and letting it ring more than 20 times each, someone finally answered. I think the front desk/switchboard should be attended at all times. When the person finally picked up, I was told me the shuttle wasn't available and to take a cab. The hotel would pay the cab. When the cab arrived at the hotel, I had to pay the cabdriver and then the hotel reimbursed me. The breakfast was fine the next morning. The room was clean enough. This is the only HI Express I have stayed in which doesn't have pots of coffee available in the lobby at all times. One other negative comment: The microwave is awfully high and makes it difficult to use.

The shower had a very loud whistling sound. The night stand was sticky. There was blood on a pillow. We had a pet friendly room, but these are issues that should have been taken care of.

Very clean, cozy, well kept Hotel. The staff was very friendly &, accommodating. A very simple work out rm. with an indoor pool. The breakfast area was well kept &, stocked. The food was fine in my opinion. The Hotel is quite &, close to many amenities. My daughter &, I would definitely stay here again.
