Every time I rent a car or van from this location it turns into a hassle. No help reaching out to corporate. Just a poor customer experience.

The woman was incredibly sweet but her entire office smelled like cigarettes and it made my asthma act up.. I didn't experience this at the other location but, this location puts a $500 hold on your card even if you're only getting a rental car for A-day. By the time I got it figured out and was able to do get the car, they ran out of cars.

The car was fine. The woman who works for Hertz definitely needs some training on how to show respect to your customers...you're not the only game in town. I wish I had gotten her name, but since I didn't, a description is in order. African American, probably in her early 70s...EXTREMELY short, not in stature, but in her responses. Her impatient attitude was totally inappropriate. Because of her I'll always look elsewhere for a rental.
