Absolutely horrible customer service from the management. So disappointed because every other enterprise we've used during travel...has been superb. But we were treated extremely rudely and no effort to help us. We will only use Hertz from the Tally location from now on.

I rented a car out of the Tallahassee airport it was a nice clean Chevy Traverse. It was easy and easy out. Especially the return. I did have to go back and rent this car the next day. Because they said there were none the night before. I was trying to book a car for 12:30 a.m. . They gave me a tip and told me to book it next time for 11:45 and I will not be told that there is no cause available. I guess that cut off time was 12:00. I hope this helps

I know some locations do take cash, but not when it comes to the deposit. I believe that the final rental price can be paid in cash or prepaid debit card. But the security deposit is only accepted by Debit/Credit card.

No. You will need a credit card and they will do a $250 hold. I believe Avis still rents using a debit card.
