I was blown away by the customer service at R & R Rentals in Bellevue today. They fixed my chainsaw in less than 20 minutes for free and gave me a lesson on how to fix the problem on my own next time it happens. Hands down the best service I have ever received. Prior to coming here I contacted 5 different repair shops all quoting 5 - 6 weeks to get anything fixed or looked at because Spring is here..... Blah Blah Blah.... I am incredibly thankful that they were willing to help me without trying to hose me with labor costs even though I was ready and willing to pay. Thank you to the fellas that took the time to help me out. I appreciate you and my business is yours.

If I could give more stars, I would. I came in to buy cord for a nearly broken pull start, and without hesitation they fixed it for me and showed me how to do it. Didn’t catch the name of person who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend!!
