We liked this place before today’s visit(( We’ve ordered milk tea (no bubbles) and black tea latte with bubbles at 2:44 34 pm today, 11/3/22 but didn’t get bubbles so we were 2 time disappointed as you’ve changed menu and we couldn’t order our mango sage

Usually my favorite bubble tea spot because it's tasty and they are always so nice. But today I asked for a bag and it's the first time on all the years I have going there that the cashier just puts the bag there and doesn't even pass me the drinks. I guess he was busy but let someone else do it then.

Yes this is their only location in flushing, they had another on the side of the library but that one closed.

Great location but the cashier has bad attitude.. the guy who took my order seemed like he didn’t care what customers feel he just don’t wanted be nice.
