Best Weight Lifting Gym I have been to. Friendly and welcoming space with plenty of equipment to challenge all levels.

I used to go to this gym a couple years ago before moving away. It is the best strength training gym I’ve gone to and unique in the level of care that the coaches/instructors provide. I felt safe learning to lift at this gym and learning how to safely lift. The coaches treat other people with kindness and empathy. I am thankful for the experience going to JDI Barbell and recommend it to anybody who lives in nyc who wants to learn how to lift or who wants to go to a different gym.

Great gym! I do a fair bit of travel for work and it's hard to find a gym that offers short term access memberships. JDI offered a week long membership and there systems made it easy to access the gym. The equipment is really high quality and the staff and members super friendly. Would definitely recommend
