Great classes for anyone interested in Muay Thai. Highly recommend personal training to get good fundamentals especially for kicking which is not natural for many people.

I went yesterday for my first time ever in a fighting gym, took the total beginner Muay Thai class, and had a great time! I am always a little nervous when trying something new for the first time, but the trainer, Mario, made me feel super at ease and I even met some other great people in the class. I also felt like I really learned more than I expected I would in my first class, and walked away with some real skill. I will definitely be back!
