Only because I was getting 4 new tires. Was quoted on 3 different brands, a 4th brand was installed without being notified. 4th brand was highly exceptable, just wished I was told about it before installation. First issue with service.

Was told a fairly loud rattle that passengers have even commented on didn't exist right before my warranty was up on rattles (12k miles) I asked them to check again and voiced my concerns and frustrations. Before I could finish talking I was told they would need it for a few more days and hung up on. With 5 business hours left in the day I was unable to get the service department back on the phone. 20 hours later and still no update. I'd recommend staying away from this place if you ever think your car will need to be serviced. Suburban Troy keeps cars in stock btw. 😳

Mr.Mathew welcomed me in the VW salon and helped me choose the Tiguan SE .He was very helpful, explain the features on the vehicle only he missed the part that the trunk door must be open/closed manually :-( everything else was done very professionally. Overall great experience, enjoying the ride
