Not sure what difference between this entry and the lustine dodge and jeep. But you really begin to feel like this place is like a second family real quick! I really love their new customer service and service department! I had heard so many stories about how horrible they were and was nervous about walking in there, but I am really glad we did. They are nothing like they use to be! -year update from original review- This place did the unspeakable. Took the truck in for a routine oil change. They saw a female come in with a big truck and some how assumed I didn’t know what I was driving. *turns on my cousin Vinny and shakes her head* I may not have a degree in automotive mechanics and repair, but I know my vehicles and how long parts should roughly last as well as average tolerance of strain on parts due to heavy use versus light use. The truck is a heavy duty truck but it is low mileage and very light use. Maintained regularly and low strain. They called me saying that there was more than an oil change needed and started to list items that were needed for 100k mileage or medium to heavy use use of 75k (which the truck was at 40k mileage btw) and how rear differential needed changed which isn’t till 60k miles for my beast on low light mileage, and how they also help to do spark and wires and the oil filter needed changed… (silly me actually thought that was part of their oil change deal? Or is it a rinse and reuse deal for them?) Ton of stuff ending up to about 2-3k$ and 75% far from needed. I couldn’t believe what I was listening to on the phone and told my husband he had to hear this and put the guy on speaker and as soon as they heard my husbands voice, things changed and magically, nothing was needed just a suggestion… 🤨 We are done with this place now. One thing I cannot stand is how being female means we don’t know… go watch my cousin Vinny before you assume next time 🥃
