I used to really love Hot topics they had a great selection of gauges and hair dye and all sorts of fun things but they don't have any of that in the store anymore it's kind of sad still love the place though in the customer service was top notch

It's a great store nonetheless. It just doesn't have that goth feel to it anymore and it looks and feels like it's for pastel girls. I love the store and the staff, I just miss when the store was mostly black and not filled with hot pink and neon purple and full of Harry Potter of Marvel. I never see anything with black in the store or any goth folk. Great store, but no goth vibe.

One of the only places at the mall that I can get my kid to enjoy going shopping with me. We are always able to find unique gifts here. Lots of Pop Culture clothing, toys, accessories, collectibles and more. Our whole family really enjoys this store...

I am a Hot Topic employee, masks covering mouth and nose are mandatory no exceptions. Our store capacity is currently 13 customers but will be increasing on the 22nd of March. Anyone found to be not in compliance with the stores health and safety protocols regarding the pandemic will be given a warning and if they refuse to comply they will be asked to leave the store. Should they refuse they will be escorted by security from the store.
