Worst customer service experience of my life. I looked past when sales made me buy a $3k warranty to buy the car, which they never mentioned in the 4 weeks I spent talking to them before purchase. But the service department was far worse. Constant delays, inability to coordinate with my insurance, and left my car a mess with no hub caps after wheel replacement. No attention to detail when it comes to the little things. When I raised that the car was a mess, they told me it was probably the tow company because they don’t go in the cars. Yet they left my plates in the car and the tow company never had custody of my keys. When the towing company took my car, the back seats were up and everything looked normal. When I got my car back, the driver side handle was scratched up, pieces were out of place, and the car was a mess. I might love my car, but I did had a bad experience at this Sheehy. In particular, the service department was horrible. I recommend going elsewhere.

This is the first Toyota dealer that I visited. Tyler helped me test drive different models and showed me vehicles in transit. I returned to the dealer the next day to test drive the Camry again and worked on a deal with Tyler and Newton. We finally agreed on a price that I proposed.
