Terrible customer service! I called and was placed on a 10 minute hold. The girl answering would not even try to help or tell us what cars they rent. All she said was we cannot guarantee anything over and over being completely rude. We were asking what model cars they rent. I asked for a manager and she said she was the only one there but a man originally answered the phone. Companies need to be more selective when hiring staff! This call to Enterprise does not even deserve 1 star!

I rented a car from the Brooksville, FL location. Even though it is a very busy place, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed at how well they kept working together so quickly and smoothly. The staff I met included Leah, Just, De’Asia, and George, who were all focused on the customers. I left my wallet in the car when I turned it in, and they went out of their way to deliver it to me, even though I was 30 miles away.

I rented a car for my mom's visit. I received a phone call about 10 days before confirming. I also received emails with info. Everything went perfectly, the staff in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful. I only waited a few minutes when picking up and dropping off. I like that everything is on a tablet and then I am emailed my receipt. I will definitely use Enterprise again if I need to rent a car. It was also a nice touch that the office was decorated for Christmas, very festive and cheerful!!

1) You can return most vehicles 2NE Enterprise location inthe county you rented it from w/No Charge. *However there is a destination charge$$$ 4ALL airports, outa State, and beyond one county from whereU rented it from. 2) Enterprise will pikUup & dropUoff whether renting our returning Xcept Airports.
You need a driver's license, insurance and credit card. You can't use a debit card. It is possible to buy insurance from them at a daily rate, but that does not include liability, do if you have assets worth protecting you would be at risk. Renters over 25 are preferred though I think that they will accept 21 at a higher rate.
You can rent one from a airport to airport 7 days a week
Only took 2 days after returned rental and credit was back in my bank. Extreamly accommodating personell at Enterprise ..will definitely get my business again.

Yes, and drop car off Must have credit card. Different rates. Brooksville has 2 near Mariner/ 50 area, one on 19, 1 on County Line..main # is Reservation for ALL, so I think you set it up like that..If you travel a lot, REMEMBER A to sign up for Enterprise rewards points, goes for different levels depending how many times you use, you end up with free days, etc. Hope this helps 🤗
Yes, they have a drop box azwellaz the 1on Rt 19 by Forest Oaks Blvd. Mike's AutoBody doesn't, thou.
