I had an appt. Friday the 27 of May and the technician who take care of me did a horrible job, my arm has a big bruise and swollen and in pain. I would not let her take care of me next time. And my appt. was 8:50am.

I have been using Quest for many years now. I make an appointment and never have a long wait. I have never had a phlebotomist that was anything other than friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They are a great group of people working there and I have recommended them to a lot of people.

I usually have a fantastic experience here ... Because I have a total fear of needles and I always ask if they will take it out of my hand...So I went in and asked the technician if they could do that and she said We'll see ..Sit down..I said if you can't I'll wait for someone who can....She said you need to have a seat its right before lunch time. She really needs a new line of work...I will never go to her again!! Pitiful employee!!!!

Quest diagnostics is a blood collection service. Quest now has tablets that visitors check in at when arriving. The wait was less than ten minutes until I was called. Once you see the technician, any payment or credit card charges will be dealt with here. Previously this was handled in the arrival roim, but that is no longer the case. The technician makes good on all paper work and billing immediately before sample collection. Staff was very friendly and nice. Arrivals room has a television for entertainment but is otherwise void of everything except seating. Restrooms are available for use.
