Julia was awesome! Went in half an hour before closing (I know, we were those people). But tried to get what we needed as quickly as we could. They ended up not having the bag of food that we needed on the shelf but we settled for something a very close alternative. Julia greeted us at the register and was extremely pleasant. When we told her about our situation she went to the back and grabbed us the bag that we originally came in for. She truly went above and beyond.

Great store with great policies. I shop here often when I need things ASAP and can't wait for Chewy to deliver things. I also go here to get my dogs prescription food so it's helpful. The staff are also great and are helpful. I look forward to going here when I need to to see what new cute toys and clothes they have.

I have never been to this pet store before and I was actually super impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the best cone of shame for my boy. Even at checkout they got me the better deal online compared to in store price which was very appreciated. I do feel the store could be a little bigger knowing it looks crowded. I definitely will be coming back.

I stopped in to grab some toys for our cats (we have 5). Their catnip stuffed toys are the best. My cats have been playing with them non-stop since we brought them home. We've been purchasing Blue Buffalo when it's on sale with Paws Rewards as it can be cheaper than Chewy. Our cats love it! Our 10 year old male cat can be more energetic and active than our 2 year old cats. Never thought I'd say this but we shop here quite often now. They store is layed out nicely and it's easy to find what you're looking for. I'm actually glad they don't have many cages of animals otherwise I'd want to take them all home.
