How can my brand new account number be invalid. I paid online with my checking and it was returned when the money was in my account and still is. Now I have a$30 return fee on my bill. Tried to make a card payment online and it can’t find my new account number. Called and followed prompts to speed pay to pay over the phone with my card and again can not find my BRAND NEW account number. I’m not paying the return fee. This is crazy!

HORRIBLE new website!!!! Getting signed on to the new site was a joke. There is no way to directly email your company when you click "contact." There is no option to obtain historical data. Pathetic.
