I was referred by another company and upon calling to inquire about services I was yelled at, brushed off, and hung up on. It was so bad I no longer wanted to even use this company. When I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. I would not recommend them to anyone. However, Mrs. Gaines was the last person I was able to talk to and she turned the situation around offering I contact her directly and assured me that she would look into the other reps I spoke with that had caused this bad review.

I’m from a different country and I was victim of domestic violence. I tried to get help from many different laces but it was not easy for a foreigner who doesn’t speak English. When I was at my lowest point Mrs Christine Kelly was the first one who decided to take my case. She was not just helping me as a lawyer but helped to motivate me to keep going with my case when I was going to give up. She always does much more than I expect when she helps me. If I know anyone who needs help I will strongly recommend Christine Kelly. She is a real HERO!!!

Legal aide is pro Bono for low income people. Call in for intake and they will let you know if they handle that type of case. If she doesn't have that much income, she will qualify for the free service.
Yes, go to legal services on N Palafox and fill out the application. They were a huge help to me with my landlord.
I honestly dont know. But What I do know is they can refer you to the right person at the right price.... Just get past the girl at front desk. She doesn't have a clue........,...
Don't no
There are forms for this. You must go to the court house for proper documentation. The same place you got the eviction forms, if it was legally done, should be the court house. Proof of eviction delivery must be done as well. Normally you need someone other than yourself to do this. And make sure you get that document stamped after sending it. Again, at the court house. There is normally an extension number for a help line or someone there to steer you in the right direction. Whatever you do, DO IT BY THE BOOK you will screw yourself if you don't.
It should say your last name then trust i believe. But you need to call and make an appointment
