October 22, 2022---was the worse experience ever with U-Haul, and I have been a customer for ages. The associate/manager in question, Paige West, was extremely disrespectful and tactless. She was ranting and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. Additionally, her attitude was deplorable. During the conversation Ms. West stated, "next time rent a U-Haul from another location!" Not to mention, she refused to provide keys for a vehicle I already reserved and paid for (via mobile check-in). This manager even threatened to cancel my reservation (which she eventually did without my consent). As I begin to walk away from the counter, Ms. West had the audacity to say to another customer, "sorry about that." -Signed Unacceptable

Ashley was so nice and helpful!!! Long story short- Budget truck rental screwed us over on our reservation and we had to be out of the house the same day. Came to this U-Haul and Ashley took great care of us and worked all our issues out!

To put stuff in storage, you don't need a uhaul truck. You can use your own truck or van or car. 5 by 10 units run about $60 a month. You need to purchase a round lock about $12. I think you'll get a free month rent though.
Yes but they will charge you a fee. I think it's around 25 dollars depending on where you leave it

Hello! I'm the General Manager of this location. Our indoor units will be open in less than two weeks, probably sooner. We will have state-of-the-art climate controlled units in different sizes, and with any truck or trailer rental we can give you the first month free. There will be plently of loading options, including drive-in areas for indoor units and we have drive-up outdoor units as well. Call us for more information, we are happy to help you!
