She went out of her way to make sure we got the right size unit for our needs and the necessary lock to secure it. I also want to say how clean, well maintained, and secure the property is. I have been a twenty year + customer of this storage facility. Christine, the manager, is friendly, helpful and takes pride in her facility. The rates are reasonable, I've never had a concern about theft or vandalism, and the location offers easy access to I-96. If you too have too much stuff, consider renting a clean storage area here.

I am so impressed with both the staff and the unit it self. I was looking for a unite and Christine showed me a few different sizes and was so helpful in getting me what I needed. Her cheerfulness and helpfulness was amazing!!! The reason I went with I storage was because I read the reviews, and a lot of them talked about how helpful and wonderful Christine was, so I wanted to make sure I talked to her. The reviews were spot on. The reason I rented with I storage was because of the professionalism that Christine showed me during a very difficult time in my life when I needed to get a storage unit.
