Called Edible Arrangements Springhill, FL to deliver birthday gift to 11 year old. It is her yearly surprise. This year did not disappoint. Thank You Edible Arrangements Springhill for making our 11 year olds birthday complete. P.S. She said the chocolate strawberries were excellent!

When my ring doorbell rang and I was not home the delivery driver asked if he should leave the food outside or come back I did not want to leave the food outside so I told him to come back he said well we’ll see you tomorrow so they missed my birthday. And still no delivery today . Very poor business practices.

Do not order from these people! I ordered an arrangement Friday morning at 9 am expecting it to be delivered sometime before edible arrangements closes (at 5pm) for my boss for her birthday. Well around 4 pm, still nothing was delivered no calls or emails so I contact the store, the lady told me that somehow the number I gave her was blocked and they didn’t know what time the office that I was having it delivered to closed.. so instead of emailing me (since apparently my phone number was blocked) or looking up when the office closes (business name & address was provided) they just decided to keep my money and not deliver the arrangement AND MAKE NO FURTHER EFFORT TO CONTACT ME. Mind you, the edible arrangement store is literally 5 minutes from the place of delivery. The lady that answered my call couldn’t have been any more ruder and basically told me there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, I still have the charge pending in my account after 4 days!!! They will take your money in a hurry but have no urgency to get your arrangement to the right place nor do they care about the happiness or satisfaction of their clients. I will never order from them again. SO DISAPPOINTED
