DISGUSTING! 0 stars... my worst experience ever. This place was filthy! When walked us to our table we went through the main hall with the salad bar. The salad bar was so dirty. AND there were refill plates of ham and cucumber for the salad bar sitting on top of the highchairs across from the salad bar. I probably breathed on it when I walked by along with everyone else in the restaurant. Then they sat us at a dirty table. After sitting for 5 minutes we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The same food was still sitting there along with the trash on the salad bar. The floors were filthy. The whole restaurant needs a good cleaning. Just go somewhere else really. We went a little place called Pueblo Viejo down the street and it was amazing.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Great customer service, food came out in a timely fashion and the was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, drink refills came quick and our waitress checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going great! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I should have turned and walked out when we were informed upon entering that there was a 15 minute wait for a bar booth when in fact all were empty with the exception of one. But we were hungry so wait is what we did. When our name was called, of course we headed to the bar booths but we were directed to the main dining. I asked the hostess why we weren't being seated were we requested 15 minutes earlier and the response was I'll have to "ok" it with the bartender. Since when does the bartender decide where I am going to eat ? By this time my entire party is irritated but was very hungry so we sat where they lead us to. We sat for another 15 minutes before being offered a drink or a glass of water or anything for that matter. I was so hungry I just needed something fast so I ordered a bowl of soup which arrived 10 minutes later and was shocked that it was room temp. The restaurant is at approximately 25% capacity mind you, so when my wife's plate arrived some 40 to 45 minutes after being seated in an area we never wanted to sit in. We then sat more than 5 minutes more for someone to bring her some silverware. I'm not sure what's happened to this place but the hostess was the first problem and it continued down hill until we left. At it's current trajectory I wouldn't be surprised if they closed the doors in less than a year. One of the worst dining experiences in Spring Hill hands down.

No baked potatoes, no dip for chips. We wanted the 2 for $22. $6.00 up charge for ribs, $1.49 up charge for Mac n. Total bill, $48.00. we won't go back. cheese. No sides worth ordering. Salad bar half empty for $5.99. all said and done we had chicken tenders with Mac n cheese and onion rings, didn't get the appetizer, half rack of ribs without sides and salad bar. And one ice tea and one water

Tables are NOT currently separated. However, you CAN request space between IF NOT peak time. Also... large "sneeze guard" over Salad Bar, with GLOVES given for each trip up.- Servers/staff ARE wearing masks
