I've been baking here for over 25 years. The teller with the SHORT RED hair is the absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I've closed my account and now bank with chase thanks for your unpleasant service.

I would rate 0 if it would let me. On three occasions the staff at this branch has given me wrong information. One time sitting with the tellar for over 40 mins before she said she couldn't complete the activity without my ssn. Another time other tellar claims she can give me information on international transfer without going through the whole process, because she was concerned with "creating paperwork" With both of these situations I left and went to the branch on us52 and had it completed with no issue at all. Today was the last straw, the rudest of tellars not letting me finish a sentence without constantly cutting me off. Get some manners and training.

I don't personally bank with this bank, my company does. If it was myself personally... I wouldn't complain I'd just leave. It's a Tuesday morning standing outside of this location for 15 minutes prior to open... it's now passed 9 am and the staff has been present with a locked door. Wait times consume lunch break for a simple deposit. One teller is constantly your best case scenario and the drive through has been closed for a year. The staff is friendly, but the management is poor... I've never not once been inside this facility without hearing revolving disappointment.
