If it weren’t free with the way we have things set up with our mortgage, I wouldn’t use them at all. I moved from a credit union when we moved across states. They were issuing cashier checks through the drive thru. Today I’m told that was only when the lobby was closed due to COVID. Now you have to go in. I told the teller I had an infant and two toddlers sleeping. (Not to mention the fact I don’t take my 4 month old anywhere indoors except the doctors because of COVID.) She called the manager and he said I had to go in. I can show ID and sign in the drive thru the same as the lobby. Stupid. And I don’t see them doing anything in the lobby to wipe things down in between people. Inconsiderate and inconvenient. Our mortgage company is about to change in a month when we sell our home. I can start looking at moving our 8 accounts elsewhere. 7 out of 8 in branch visits in the past year and a half have had issues. (This branch and the one near Home Depot)

This branch is the best bank I ever been into In entire my life, I been around the world and went to so many different banks in here in the US, but never been treated that amazing way. I want to say thank you for the manger and lady at desk who helped me.

I have to say the employees are very nice. Even though I decided not to sign up as a customer they still treated me professionally and answered all the questions I asked. My grandfather is a client of theres and he loves them as a bank.

Horrible, incompetent, unprofessional, pathetic rude bank! The assistant manager is a total imbecile, and that's putting it very lightly! These inept employees are rude, lazy, and cheaters! If you have an account in this awful bank, be careful because they will cheat you out of your money. Study your bank transactions and bank statements very carefully because this bank is extremely unethical and incompetent; they make mistakes with YOUR money! There is zero customer service; you have a question, or a concern about your account you get no assistance, or correct answers with these inept imbeciles! I had to get a bank document notarized, and they would not do it, they told me to go to another place when they had a notary available at the bank. These rude idiots are unprofessional, incompetent, dumb, lazy, and pathetic! I closed my account with this miserable bank. Horrible, horrible, horrible bank! If there was a choice of NO review stars that would be the appropriate review, but since NO star is not available I gave one star to this miserable bank, but it really deserves five poop symbols!!! 💩💩💩💩💩
