Horrible to do business with. Places holds on certified checks because they said it was a newer account with them. Had no explanation or attempt to resolve issues. When asked to speak with manager told none was working and try again. Gave they run around closed my accounts and going to bank with someone that won’t waste your time.

Their fraud protection oversteps the boundaries that I want from my bank. Don't shop at a merchant that you have never been to before. They'll lock your account and you'll be forced to sit on the phone for more than 2 hrs trying to regain access to your money. The worst I've encountered in all my 60 years. Time for a new bank !
