If I could give 0 stars I would.... the workers are the absolute worse. They have no customer service skills and will argue everything with you roll their eyes and ignore you while you are talking to them. They don’t help in anyway at all. So glad this isn’t my bank and will be sure no one I know will use this bank ever. I now see why there is so many bad reviews. They do t want to help or care to help anyone!!!

You realize this is Google reviews and the banking center doesnt actually answer these questions. I suggest actually contacting Bank of America and asking.
I highly suggest calling the bank directly. I highly doubt they monitor the review section of Google.
