I wish to commend Ocean City (NJ) Branch Manager Issan Acosta for his personable and professional help the other day. I had come to the branch expecting to have a pre-set appointment to take care of a personal banking issue-- only to realize that the person was not at the branch that day. I spoke with Issan, who was busy pitching in and assisting the tellers who were noticeably shorthanded, and I apologized for adding to his concerns with my needs. He promptly and willingly, however, came to my assistance, took care of my needs, and followed through, as he promised, with a timely resolution to my banking need. With the many changes and transitions that are happening at the OceanFirst branches, outstanding employees like Issan Acosta should be treasured and supported, as his personal and professional approaches with customers like me, along with his sure actions and results are reasons why bank customers like myself stay happy with and loyal to OceanFirst. Don't underestimate the power of the bank branches. Some banking issues just cannot be done online, and at times a personal connection is so very important and appreciated! Thank you, Issan!
