Drive thru service, I send my trasction (Cashing a check) and had to wait about 8 minutes to someone show up on the screen. While waiting I called the branch about 4 times with no answer. And I wasn't able to processes my transaction because I don't have a chase account.

I was there last week and Michael M. helped me. Not only was he knowledgeable, he even showed me new features on the app on my phone and how to set up Apple Pay so I could use my chase card since I didn’t have it. He took the time to answer my quest and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Everyone at the branch seemed very nice as well.

On Friday I went to this branch to open up a savings account and deposit a check. There was no one available to help and I was told I would have to make an appointment. Fine. A teller made an appointment for me for the following day at noon and was told the name of the person I would be working with. When I arrived Saturday for my appointment the person I had been assigned to was not even working and once again no was available. All they said was they didn’t know why I was assigned to that person and did not offer an apology or a solution. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank and I’ll gladly be taking my business somewhere else.

Yes! You can exchange Euros to dollars in this branch at any teller, even drive-through, but only if you have an account with Chase. By the way, when you exchange foreign currency in Chase, they will charge you an exchange fee, but you can request to waive it! ;) Good luck!
Banks will often notarize documents for clients of the bank. However, when executing a Will, a notary is not required. There are specific formalities required when executing a Will. Based upon your question, it is obvious to me (an attorney), that you may not be familiar with those requirements. I suggest you execute the Will under the supervision of an attorney licensed in the State
As I was at the bank on July 12, they had euros to exchange for dollars for the customer behind me in line. Always call to make sure they have euros on hand
Oftentimes, they will have enough on hand for your trip (a couple of thousand). If you want specific amount or denominations of your bills however, you want want to check, at least (!), one full week ahead of time. Best regards.
