My first visit to this particular DG and I don't frequent them often. I used the app for store pick up. When I arrived and checked in I was given the following message: your items are located on the shelf in aisle 6. You may take them and leave. Aisle 6 is the aisle my items were located.I didn't feel comfortable just walking out with my items so I waited in the check out line. Turns out my items were behind the counter. Apparently there's some technical issues. It all worked out just fine and the clerk was pleasant. Although, I won't do a store pick up again. The store is JAMMED with merchandise and it appears there's no room to store the stuff awaiting pick up nor does there appear to be enough help. For a newer store, it feels dreary inside.

Their employees are not very knowledgeable about products they may or or may not carry. It's not the first time I waited in the register line just to ask where something was or if they had something only to be told " I dont know but I could look on a whole half of the store. Better training and more knowledgeable would make for happier customers even if you don't have what they are looking for.

The quality of the products available are average. I encountered a damaged item displayed on a shelf but of course that's to be expected now and again. The staff were friendly. There is a small margin of variety when looking for more specific items such as a plastic putty knife or lights bulbs for automobiles. But otherwise a clean and functional business.

Poor costumer service. Messy looking unprofessional cashiers. Rented a rug doctor from 9am Tuesday to 9am Wednesday. Both times the same cashier was in a funk. The day of return she was even worse and made an issue of it being returned 15 minutes late. Never made eye contact. I'll avoid this location if possible.
