Probably one of the worst visits I have experienced. Doctor Antonio definitely doesn’t care about what you’re really in for and doesn’t want to hear what you have to say and is also so worried about what was said and done in past visits. He is super rude and has ZERO Bedside manners. Other then that all the other staff is super kind and very professional.

Came in with a sore throat. Explained I have a high risk child and needed confirmation that I was safe to be around them. The doctor barely glanced at my throat and said I had a cold. I asked if there were any other tests besides a strep test I could take just to be safe. He said no, despite being in the middle of a literal pandemic. I ended up with a 105 fever, delirious and in pain 24 hours later. Went to a different place that IMMEDIATELY tested me for covid, which came back POSITIVE. Now my EPILEPTIC CHILD woke up this morning with a cough and fever. I wish I had the type of money needed to sue. This has to be negligence at worst, incompetence at best. I called to inform them of what happened, they couldn't even be bothered to speak with me and had someone else take a message and never called back. Please, if you think you're sick, don't go here!!!

I went in to be seen for Severe Pain on my right knee. It had progressively gotten worse in the last month to the point I am having extreme problems in walking. I was seen by Eric Mann D DO. He was very dismissive to my concerns also failed to recognize common symptoms. He prescribed a muscle relaxer along with a anti inflammatory. I asked the nurse how can I be prescribed anything without a diagnosis? She said you do have a diagnosis it’s Pain!! I was not referred to see a specialist or anything. This is very unacceptable for Dignity Hospital! I should have gone to a traditional hospital versus this Mickey Mouse Of a medical clinic. I will also file a complaint in more detail with the State Medical Board!!

Horrible ER. Didn't listen to the patient at all. She was positive for covid and doctor left but her symptoms were not even discussed.
