This is a beautiful resort with the most friendly and helpful staff! This is our favorite RV Resort for the amenities, cleanliness, customer service and activities. We really enjoyed the poolside cabanas and the poolside restaurant. Our daughter enjoyed the days in the lazy river and pool, and the evenings in the arcade! It is truly a resort. Highly recommend!

Most of the long term people I met were actual employees of the park. They received lot rent which includes utilities as compensation. I have seen many rv resorts doing this. As for public service workers especially emergency and high risk it may seem like a benefit to offer something. I have seen this in some parks with emt's and actual licensed law enforcement officers. I know they have an emt. Call them they may work a deal.
We stayed during Memorial Day weekend. Pool area was very nice and child friendly. Highly recommend.
