Carts are for customers. Seems most are full of Lowes products. Unavailable to customers that need them. No couldn't find any in parking lot either. Other than that it's a ok at best lowes

The number of quality items carried in stock is dwindling, requiring ordering on line and having delivered or picking up in-store. Made the mistake of in store pickup for a fan. Got an email and text at the same time telling me that the item was ready. Drove to the store several hours later. Waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the front of the line was told that they didn't have it. Blamed it on the people in the back of the store. Said that it hadn't been checked in yet. I asked to see the manager. While waiting for the manager I met another man who had the same issue and had been waiting for 2 hours for the manager. Every 5-10 minutes I asked the counter help to page the manager, which they did, but he never showed up. After about 40 minutes of waiting, a store worker arrived who looked like he knew what he was doing. He asked if he could help and I explained the situation. He said that he might be able to find the item in the back and 5 minutes later appeared with it. The manager never did show up. That was yesterday and I wonder if the other gentleman is still waiting...
