My dog bruno was there 3 times. The first time they said he did really good, the second time they told me he did really good. Unfortunately got kicked out today because he was aggressive. What they didn’t bother telling me until today is that he was aggressive the previous time I brought him there for boarding. Why would they tell me this now instead of last time? This is why they get 1 star, for failing to provide information the previous time that was a complete lie where he could’ve seriously injured another dog and I would be the one responsible to pay.

My baby stayed there for one week recently and she has a good time. They even had an industrial fan out side in the play area. Wow that was nice to see! And the gentleman that took care of the dogs said, When it’s 90 they go inside and then rotate the dogs from the play area to another yard.

I had a reservation set up for this Fourth of July weekend. The employee that took my reservation explained that my dog’s distemper vaccine was out of date. I was told by her to go to a pet store where they sold the vaccine and give it to my dog and bring the stickers from the vaccine bottle with me when I drop her off. I did as she directed. Before I was about to drop her off I received a call from another employee at the Grand Pet Hotel that they needed the vaccine information. I told her that I would bring the stickers from the vaccine vial as I was told. She explained that my reservation was CANCELED because the vaccine was NOT GIVEN BY A VET! The manager talked to me and he refused to honor my reservation despite the error of his employee. I am left scrambling for a pet sitter at the last minute because this company does not take accountability for the mistaken information of its employees. Beware before you ever make any kind of reservation with this company to go over the contact with a fine toothed comb because they WILL cancel your reservation without apology.

I have used the Grand Pet Hotel for five years. Very pleased. There groomer is excellent also. Won't use anyone else.

Call the office, ask for Amber. I believe it was around $40 for mine but he stayed over night. The staff is awesome and he loves going there.
