I am glad we finally have a dermatologist office that provides good laser treatments. Linda is great, she explains the laser treatment well, answered all my questions and has good bedside manners.

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling a cyst removal for my daughter. They botched her head and she has a terrible and very visible, large scar and she is experiencing discharge and bleeding even six months after she had this done. I can’t believe I allowed these people to cut my child’s head open. They assured me there would only we a tiny, barely visible scar. My poor daughter now has to live with this scar the size of a half dollar coin right on top of the front of her head. The office staff is not easy to deal with and they lack professionalism and understanding of patient care. They misinformed me that insurance would be covering the procedure after I double and triple checked with them we proceeded with the procedure and they later sent us a bill for $1000. They also refused to see my daughter for a follow up until I paid this fee even though I explained to them that I only went through with the procedure after they assured me over and over again there would be no charge for me. We will be taking her to get a follow up with another doctor and I really hope they can help her. This is a terrible dermatologist with a very unhelpful office staff. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! For the last two years I have had extensive problems with their scheduling and billing department. I have finally reported them to my insurance company. I've attempted to resolve my issues with them directly but they do not return calls and supervisors want nothing to do with you. They upcharge all appointments and force you to make multiple appointments for the same issue, charging you for every single office visit. I spoke to my provider and they said there is no reason to schedule as many appointments as I had, but it got them several hundred dollars extra. They don't submit all your claims to insurance, so the payments I made weren't applied to my deductible. My insurance company finally stepped in and these were processed manually between myself and them. They have NO transparent billing practices. Get the dollar amount up front before services are rendered and then make a decision regarding your care. Last year I had eight moles removed and biopsied and six separate appointments, to the tune of over $1000. I won't be returning to this practice. I am a healthcare provider myself who accepts health insurance and their practices are highly questionable. Save yourself the money and headache.

I was referred to Affiliated Dermatology by my Dr., and I thought I would check out the reviews, before making an appointment. Too many negative reviews!!! Getting another referral!!!
