My dad was referred to this eye center by his doctor. We had to call 3 times to get a appointment set for him. They never pick up the phone nor return calls. After all that I was finally able to get a appointment for him. We made a apt for early morning and we get there 10-15 mins earlier since he is a new patient. I come to find out his appointment was changed to a later time without anyone calling us before hand or notifying us in any way. They also dont allow anyone to go back into the rooms with the patient so i had to go wait outside. My dad was in the waiting area for 1 hour before they called him back. So unprofessional.

Nice place inside. Clean. New modern building. Not easy to find. No signs to direct the patient. Very inconvenient to be located. Front desk people not friendly. They DO NOT smile. Long long long wait. Only the doctor apologized for the delay. The doctor was very very nice. If you do not have time to wait that is not your place. Thank you for reading my post, be happy every one !!!

This place is ridiculous. Do not go if you are wheelchair bound. They have wheelchair rooms but insisted my client move to the eye exam chair and did not use the wheelchair rooms. Dr Sanja, while polite to us, was being very rude to his own staff...I don't think he knows we can hear him when he isn't in the room. So NOT impressed with this place. Mostly because how do you insist that a patient move to an exam chair from a wheelchair. Not handicap friendly...no automatic door just don't go is you have mobility issues.
