I called Gabroy law offices to get a consultation from an attorney about my case. I have a 10 minute video of what happened to me and I needed an attorney to watch it to see how I should proceed in the matter. The secretary told me that I needed to fill out some kind of job application intake form and write a book report about my case and that the file would then be reviewed to see if they wanted to watch the video. If they are too busy or unwilling to give me 10 minutes of their time before the case even begins, how is it going to be after the case has been started? Thankfully I found a different attorney that very kindly gave me 10 minutes of her time and we are moving forward in what she says is a very strong case.

I sent them an inquiry on my case online and I’ve been waiting for weeks for them to email me back. I sent them any kind of evidence that they needed and still haven’t heard from them!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM.

Christian and the Gabroy Law firm were very organized, thorough and provided me with great feedback on the separation agreement I needed help with my now past employer. Highly recommend them for employment related matters!

I paid a fee for a 30 minute consultation. Money well spent!
I think it's dependent upon your case. I used them twice. And although they are expensive; they were worth every penny. I was very pleased with both cases. You get what you pay for. They are the best in my opinion. If it helps to get you in the door ask to speak with Kaine Messer and use my name as the referral. He's one of the best. They are willing to help anyone and everyone if they can any way they can.
I'm assuming you are referring to Workman's Comp and not a wheel chair or a water closet (1/2 bath). If you can prove it was done in retaliation for filing W/C then you could get your job back and back pay etc.. or nothing cause Nevada doesn't require employers to have a reason to decide they don't need you. They could say "we got along fine without you" and it would be a legit reason not to schedule you for work. But you can move on and get a job or you can get a lawsuit one pays for sure
