Decent. My bf and I had to move out and stayed here for a week. Deff rigged and NOT appealing to the eye whatsoever... but the bed was comfy and we didn't see any roaches... only bugs we saw were near the sink.. lots of little ants. other than that... no complaints. You pay what you get basically with this hotel. Pool was well kept and staff was friendly. We felt safe here and its super quiet at night - suprised about the other comment saying loud partying....

Acceptable to sleep here. Presumed amenities that weren’t there - should have read the info online more carefully. Facility is well worn and really could use some loving care and updates. We reserved a king room about a month early, all they had was a double Queen and weren’t informed of the change until after paying for the room and going to it. Beds were firm, AC worked, Wi-Fi speed was .5 Mbs - my phone’s hotspot was 2.4. Next time we need to visit Clearwater I’ll do more research on accommodations.

This hotel should not be allowed to be part of The Choice Hotel group any longer. It was far below the standards I’ve found everywhere else. The door was not secure it had lots of space around it and even with the deadbolt had plenty of wiggle room. The tile portion of the floor was so sticky it sounded like I had put tape on my shoe bottoms. The walls were peeling paint or splotched with filler. The bed made a sound like an empty steel drum when I sat on it or stood up. The walls and light switches were dirty. It was disgusting. Wifi did not work. No phone in room.

Worst hotel ever. I made a reservation for a ground floor room. When I arrived I asked for the ground floor room. They said that the only first floor room they had was a "special smoking room". Special indeed, it had a basket of dirty laundry blocking the door, was grossly dirty, the cold water did not work, no chairs in the room, the TV did not work and it reeked of smoke. Hotels.com said the place was pet friendly with no mention of a pet charge, but when I arrived the hotel up-charged me for a small dog. STAY AWAY!
