This hotel is DISGUSTING.... Everything is old, in very very bad shape. The curtain to close the window does not cover it entirely so guests had created a hole on it in order to tie it to the door knob to extend it as much as possible. The bathroom looked dirty. It was a non smoking room but I do not why it smelled like smoking on it, mostly in the bathroom which might mean that the air vac was not working at all. There was couple tiny bugs on the bathroom floor. We made our stay as short as possible, not even taking a shower as I wrote previously everything looked dirty. I can not rate lower than a 1 star and I will give it to bed sheet that looked clean (might be the only thing clean in the room and the most important one). On top of that we spent almost $200 for one night... I gave a shot to that hotel, I was wrong... Most disappointing is how it is hurting the Choice Hotel brand which I would recommend they do an assessment of the property. It is definitely under their usual standard!!!!

HORRIBLE! They have bugs and refuse to refund. Our plane landed at 11:10pm Friday night, picked up rental car and checked into the hotel by 11:45pm. At 1:30am awakened to bites, I have 5 bites, my partner is covered in bites. Immediately we showered and threw our clothes in the trash. The hotel manager tried to convince us to stay arguing they do not have bugs. We showed him our bites, he denied it happened there. We had booked 3 days. After leaving we got a new hotel and asleep by 3:30am… the Rodeway manager called and woke us at 8:30am to argue and REFUSED a full refund. We were charged for the two hours, full rate 170$. We had to pay 300$ a night for another hotel as most were booked up. We called Choice Hotels and emailed them to explain the issues to them as they own Rodeway. They have refused to make it right. Do not stay in this hotel. The building should be condemned!

IT deserves a zero. Rooms weren’t clean. Full of screaming people. Very sketchy seedy vibes. Also, the staff was super rude. Waited outside for several minutes at check in and at 10:00am they came beating on our door asking if we were going to stay. Checkout is clearly stayed at 11:00. When we tried to check out he tried charging us more for another night. This place is a mess too. We had to use sanitary wipes on everything before we felt comfortable touching it. And the wipes came away brown. Seriously disturbing. This place deserves new management or to be shot down. Not worth the price. Stay away.

Positive: It was clean except for the blood stains on the couch and in the carpet and the fact it was right next to a strip club. I wouldn¿t want to take a black light into that please. The door had been kicked in didn¿t shut well. I didn¿t feel safe...
