I won't give it stars to this Hotel. The front desk never picked up at the the room was book with the confusion of the other Hotel. After speaking with the front desk of the Hotel on beach side. This Hotel still took my money to a room I never slept in. Your Hotel is a disgrace and I tell people not to book anything there. After the front desk said they will call me back and they didn't. It took a while from Hotels.com to also give me a response after they said they will call me within 72hrs and they didn't . I will not be booking anything else with Hotels.com or this Hotel period.

Comfortable place to stay. My room was a little dated compared to the newer and refreshed Residence Inns. (Not one USB port in the room.) Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The guests across the hall were partying and woke me at 1:30am. A call to the front desk had them quiet down a bit. Although it may just have been my room location, there was instant hot water at every faucet. Breakfast was a good variety of food. I'll stay here again.

It is not on the beach but the st that it is on takes you right to the beach. And no it is not walking distance
Mario is probably taking of a different hotel,If he had a reservation they would had relocated him at another hotel and the hotel would had paid for it.They do have adjoining rooms they also have 2 bedroom suites.
As long as your room is ready you should be able to check in early.
The staff at this place is amazing! They have an amazing free breakfast and also nightly events. 5 minutes from Clearwater Beach can't beat it
It's a quick drive over the bridge to the nice beach with a pier too. It's worth it!
I wouldn't suggest walking. Save the energy and take an uber. You can walk on the beach as much as you want...
