The front desk employee was friendly and the manager was very helpful as well as friendly. The pool was down the first day but was back up and running by the second day, the hot tub appears to be out of commission long term. The location is good and has close proximity to a lot. Inside the room it was as expected. Carpet was a little worn, beds were not bad though. The A/C worked but wasn't freezing cold if that's your preference. The mini fridge with freezer worked. I had seen reviews of water not being hot but I didn't have a problem. I am a disabled combat vet and prefer hot water to help relax my back (2 spinal surgeries) and the water was plenty hot for me and the water pressure was surprisingly good. So unless you're trying to boil your skin off, water is good. I did have a broken lamp and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working but it wasn't a big deal to me so I didn't even bring it up to staff until check out so I can't comment on the quickness of maintenance issues. Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, I would say this place is above par for the price range. I had hot water, no leaking water within the room, and no bugs so it was more than sufficient for me. You can't expect the Ritz but pay under $100 a night....

This place is better then any of the higher priced hotels in the area. Front desk is good. the cleaning dept does a super job. Any issue we had was fix fast. The pol was clean and the hot tub was very nice. There were no homeless walking the parking area and there was even a RV place next door. The morning breakfast was ok... the usual but it was fresh each time. I would use this hotel again for sure.

So perfect for being so close to the beach and only half the price of everywhere else. Hotels around here were all $500-$600 a night or scary enough to be in a horror flick while they were still charging as much as this place was. So lucky us we got the last room and besides some warn out places in the carpet, it was perfect. Felt very well kept and maintained. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Breakfast was great and served for a longer time then most places so that was nice to not be in a hurry. I am big on smells and this place was great, no wet dog or mildew smells to be found. And the roof height seating areas with tables and also lounge chairs were so beautiful to enjoy. Oh and cute little tiki huts all over the place! We would definitely come back here!

The staff are friendly & do their best to make a great first impression. The ownership/management team need to listen to their employees when customer concerns are expressed. Our bathroom had visible black mold on the ceiling. U could tell they were aware of it as other areas of the ceiling had been painted previously. Since your charging Ritz Room pricing-perhaps take some of your profit & prove you care about your customers safety & well being & invest it back into your facility.
