Location, location, location, this hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It’s next door to Pier 60, as well. The beach area the hotel occupies is not overly crowded. The pool is excellent for lounging and swimming. The drinks from the poor bar are tasty and refreshing. The pool staff is quick and friendly. We were welcomed by Twinkie at the front guest. She was warm and inviting. Furthermore our housekeeper Maria was helpful and kind. This would be a 5 star rating, but the rooms are a little dated for the price and could be small for a family stay, but perfect and cozy for a couple stay. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights for a quick beach getaway. Picked it because the location. Based on the reviews I read, I was a bit weary. But we had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, it was “bay view.” Seems that the rehab was rushed and the work was a little shoddy, but it met our needs. The beach is nice (but busy). The pool was nice, had no problems getting in of getting chairs. We used our F&B credits at the Starbucks at the hotel or at the pool bar for lunch. Plenty of dining options in walking distance of the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel so if you are looking for the quiet resort feel, this isn’t it. We used certificates so didn’t have to pay the resort fee. Overall, quite happy. I would stay here again.

Ok ask for things that should have been included but did not get them. Like an extra pillow. Towels for 2 people I got 2 bath towels for 2 days! Asked for early check in and it was an hour late. As a guest I wanted to take a photo of the beach. Went on to the upper patio where I was go to have a 38.00 breakfast and the lady asked me to leave. That area is only for guests. They when I explained I was , I was told to sit down. I did not stay she did not make me feel comfortable. I did tell the waitress who was sweet however I just left. The banquet food was outstanding. Chicken moist, beef tender and even the lunch on the beach was lovely. One thing I noticed was a young lady asked the kitchen to hold her food she was giving a speech. The kitchen did not hold her food and she did not get a meal. That was very upsetting I felt bad. You never let anyone go hungry. Give them something. That should not have happened. The room was clean and the parking attendants were nice. Servers at the luncheon were kind and helpful. Bar tenders were nice I asked for a specific beverage the mixer to that beverage was off. Tasted weird. Common areas appeared clean.

The rates for the condition of the rooms is definitely not worth it ($636/night + $25 resort fee) We entered our room and there was a musty smell in the closet and room. Opening the balcony door and keeping the air on helped slightly. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as you would expect. The toilet looked like it had been used and not clean. We requested a late check out because we had a spa appointment and the front desk was willing to give us a half hour which was a joke. We finally got a check out of 1pm. However they were only willing to do one room and suggested we put all our belongings in the room with the late checkout. When we checked out we noticed that there was a charge from Starbucks that we didn’t authorize. The front desk wanted us to wait around until the receipt was brought up before they would reverse the charge. The fact that someone was able to charge to our room and it not verified was an issue in itself. Finally we were able to get the charge reversed but it shouldn’t have been that hard. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Not everyone but always someone speaks it
It was decent. When I ate there. Nothing that will blow you away.
We were there and parked for four nights. It is $25 per day. I don't think we saw parking anywhere else. Next time we will fly to Tampa and Uber to the hotel. It's about $30. Restaurants and shops are so close.
Yes there is a kiddie pool and easy access to beach .
No more than 200 dollars this includes the parkiadero
Both. But parking is so expensive! Like 25 per hour. Park across the way in a public area for 3 bycks an hour
Are you sure it wasn't someone in your own party?!?!
This would be a question for Hilton!
Also is very market depending. Seasonal prices change, beach traffic/population, hotel capacity, major holiday/annual events, etc
No it is it not free. Even Diamond members have to pay, but, you get it back in points.
They have open air pool now
No. They can help arrange a shuttle or cab but do no offer one. Once you are on the island, there is a trolley you can use to get up and down the islands.
There isn't free parking but the cheapest is a new parking garage a 2 blocks from the Hilton.
About 25 minutes drive
Yes, but book on hotels.com or Expedia to save up to 25% off of the actual hotels rate.
Clearwater Hilton is just perfect. It's on the beach and so close to everything
You'd know, like previously mentioned you'll have a blue band for pool and towels. Believe it's only for hotel guests.
You can come with your chairs and stuff they would only charge for what you use typically
Only continental breakfast is free for members, hot breakfast is a $4 upgrade.
I tell guests to call the property the day of arrival and see if you room is available for an early check in. It is all based on availability.
No
11am
Yes. No worries about the valet service. They don't park very far from the hotel so little chance of damage.
