I am only coming to Clearwater beach for a day, ( bus trip from Orlando 11-7 pm ). Does anybody know of a hotel I can check in early that’s on the beach? I want a place for a shower and my husband to rest if needed.

You can ask hotels for a day rate. See if they have one.
