Positive: The staff was amazing. So friendly from the minute you walk I'm the door. The room was so clean and the pool area very clean. The breakfast so much to chose from..I will definitely be back. Negative: No I had a great experience.

Positive: It appeared clean. Breakfast was good. Negative: This hotel is in need of updates, badly. I did not feel that it was up to usual Holiday Inn Express standards. Every carpet was stained. The bathroom was moldy with awful caulking around the floor and toilet. Very run down. Sheets were nubby.

I stay and Holiday Inn Express hotels all over the country and even one in Italy and this one is slightly below average. The staff was good but the room was a little rough and the bathroom and tub need some work. One of the male hosts at the front desk was waiting for a couple to make a decision and got mad at me and told me "You will wait" when I asked to checkout a food item. The breakfast was good but ending at 9 am does not cater to vacationers.

Positive: Most of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The housekeepers were extremely nice and understanding. Very pleased with the service they provided. The hot breakfast was very good and the selection met my needs well. The beds were very Great! Negative: The breakfast ends at 9 am which is a little ridiculous for those on vacation. The room did not include a fridge which was standard in all of the Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at previously. The pool should be heated.
