Being a member of Costco is one of the best things to shop for the market your gas customer service is great just bad communication between management to employers if Costco Founders could take this into consideration then maybe their management will understand how to treat employers even better

I usually do not buy gas at this location, I was visiting a friend in this area and I ask them if there was a Costco near by and they directed me to this one. This Costco is BIG because it's designed for contractors and this offer extra items for the shopper. I went around 1pm and it wasn't as crowded nor for to gas up my car.

Why what would you put a cap of $100 when gas is so high. Then you have semi trucks going in there with ALL their cards putting one at a time and everybody waiting UNTIL they fill up their multiple tanks. They should go back in line after the first $100,! There was only 1 attendant in the gas station and he was in the office with the AC , don't blame him honestly. After calling Costco's phone number multiple times and going into their revolving telephone, press 1 for ... etc. Finally, spoke to Hema, a Manager and told her of the cap, she basically called me a liar and said I was wrong. She did call me back to say I was correct about the cap, then she stated "no remedy to fix this" she needs to be trained in customer service inorder to rectify her attitude and responses to Members. So if you have multiple cards you can stay in line getting gas as long as you want. SAM'S CLUB here I come😀
